Mission Wide Conference:
Where do I even begin? haha this week is THE BOMB! I was fed spiritually this week for sure. Elder Holland was able to come and speak to our mission! He shook our hands and stared into our souls! He is really a man of God! He is so bold! He pounded the pulpit and told us that we need to work harder.. .He said something like.." If your not giving your all to this mission now- don't expect to be able to give your all to anything later in your life." gosh dang, i was so terrified! I immediately re-evaluate and re-committed myself that I need to work harder and give my all.. No excuses allowed!

And he said that missionary work is not easy because salvation is not a cheap experience. Salvation never was easy. How could we believe it would be easy for us when it was never, ever easy for Him? We need to spend at least a few moments in Gethsemane. We have to take at least a step or two toward the summit of Calvary.

Vancouver Stake Conference:
The
main subject that stood out to me is that, Elder Holland reminded us
that we are all entitled to sacrifice and to suffer.. that's the nature
of life. Too much tribulations causes to us wonder "Why me? How long?"
But the sacrifice that we are called to bear are very little-compared to
the sacrifice of our Savior. Believe and remember God loves broken
things (when hard times come) Don't get swamped in the moment, give him
all you got and he will give you back more than you can imagine. So hang
on there, be believing. Dong resist God's help.. See it through at the
end of the road.
