Stake Conf and Mission Wide Conf with Elder Holland and Transfer News

Mission Wide Conference:

Where do I even begin? haha this week is THE BOMB! I was fed spiritually this week for sure. Elder Holland was able to come and speak to our mission! He shook our hands and stared into our souls! He is really a man of God! He is so bold! He pounded the pulpit and told us that we need to work harder.. .He said something like.." If your not giving your all to this mission now- don't expect to be able to give your all to anything later in your life." gosh dang, i was so terrified! I immediately re-evaluate and re-committed myself that I need to work harder and give my all.. No excuses allowed!
And he said that missionary work is not easy because salvation is not a cheap experience. Salvation never was easy. How could we believe it would be easy for us when it was never, ever easy for Him? We need to spend at least a few moments in Gethsemane. We have to take at least a step or two toward the summit of Calvary.
"When you struggle, when you are rejected, when you are spit upon and cast out, you are standing with the best life this world has ever known, the only pure and perfect life ever lived. You have reason to stand tall and be grateful that the Living Son of the Living God knows all about your sorrows and afflictions. The only way to salvation is through Gethsemane and on to Calvary. The only way to eternity is through Him—the Way, the Truth, and the Life" - Elder Holland
Vancouver Stake Conference:
The main subject that stood out to me is that, Elder Holland reminded us that we are all entitled to sacrifice and to suffer.. that's the nature of life. Too much tribulations causes to us wonder "Why me? How long?" But the sacrifice that we are called to bear are very little-compared to the sacrifice of our Savior. Believe and remember God loves broken things (when hard times come) Don't get swamped in the moment, give him all you got and he will give you back more than you can imagine. So hang on there, be believing. Dong resist God's help.. See it through at the end of the road.
TRANSFER NEWS:

Weekly Update:

This week is so so so awesome!! So many miracles. I actually don't know where to start.. Haha the struggle is real everybody! But yeah, last week we had a lesson with one of our solid investigators, and we taught her the Plan of Salvation! And holy cow. The Spirit is so strong!! We testified that Families can be together and because of the free gift (the atonement)  we can be reconciled with our Heavenly Father and eventually return to His kingdom some day..
 Alma 7:11-13
11 And he shall go forth, suffering pains and afflictions and temptations of every kind; and this that the word might be fulfilled which saith he will take upon him the pains and the sicknesses of his people.
12 And he will take upon him death, that he may loose the bands of death which bind his people; and he will take upon him their infirmities, that his bowels may be filled with mercy, according to the flesh, that he may know according to the flesh how to succor his people according to their infirmities.
13 Now the Spirit knoweth all things; nevertheless the Son of God suffereth according to the flesh that he might take upon him the sins of his people, that he might blot out their transgressions according to the power of his deliverance; and now behold, this is the testimony which is in me.
Really, all the impurities in life can be made right through His atonement! We can be spiritually healed through His atonement! THE ATONEMENT IS REAL! ! ❤
And yes, this morning we had a chance to go to the temple as a zone!! I love the temple SO MUCH! 💕❤

Chicken wings...

This week is pretty amazing!!! We found new SOLID investigators! Hahahaha! Oh how great is our joy! We are trying so hard to find new solid inv so that we can increase our teaching pool, (since we prayerfully reflected on some of them), but anyway this week, we visited one of our less-active member in our ward. We watched the Restoration movie with them...and oh my heck....she cried! Mind you, she's tough! I'm like "...." like really we didn't see that coming. But one thing is for sure, SHE DEFINITELY FELT THE SPIRIT!

And something super funny happened to me this week! HAHAHA!
So...We are at the dinner appointment, they fed us spaghetti, and chicken wings...While I was trying to bite off the chicken....... hahahahahahahah oh wait hahahahahaahahha the chicken wings flew over the table.. *FACE PALM* ok bye hahahaahah 😰

Next week my Pday will be on tuesday! As my zone is going to the temple!!! Wohooooo! 💕
